CLIMATE CONTROL
AC and heat are both controlled by the Google Nest Thermostat located above the coffee station. Simple place your finger on the right side of the device and swipe up and down to adjust.
WIFI TROUBLESHOOTING
Is WIFI out? Make sure you are the the network "NETGEAR41" and the passcode you are using is ancientcello262.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
Before departing please bring all bagged trash to the dumpster located on Ocean Blvd. Follow the stairs down and it will be to the left.
Please load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes.
Pile up all the dirty linens and towels outside the laundry door.

POOL & LAUNDRY ACCESS
Time to kick it at the pool or need to do some laundry? Please use the provided white key card hanging by the front door to gain access to the pool and laundry facility.
TELEVISION AND STREAMING
We are happy to offer TV and limited streaming services at The Beech View. Each TV is Roku enabled and the living room is connected to Youtube TV for your viewing pleasure. Make sure to log out of any personal accounts before leaving!
PARKING
Parking can get crazy during peak season! Two vehicles are permitted to be in the parking lot - make sure you are using the parking permits provided. If you don't see any passes please contact Brian at carolinarunawaymcb@gmail.com
